Kekistan was a satirical fictional country invented by internet users in late 2016 — a "homeland" for self-described shitposters, complete with a flag, a national anthem recorded in 1986, a state religion devoted to an actual ancient Egyptian frog-god, and a president who sold five-dollar videos on Fiverr. It rose in weeks, marched in the streets within months, and collapsed under the weight of its own irony within two years.
